Last night was SO much fun, and I had an amazing time being back on the radio. A friend of mine has a radio show and invited me on to talk about my book, RiverSong: Respite Reflections I. We didn't exactly get to talk about that, but I still had a really great time!!

I ended up doing a second interview with a really good rapper here in the area. I didn't get his information, so I'm definitely going to reach out to my friend so we can connect, some of the songs that he wrote? Really connected with me.
He wrote one that talked about the loss of his sister, which I connected with, because I've been very sensitive about my mom and my paternal grandmother here recently. And another song, pretty much explaining that you have to work hard for yourself and be as resourceful as possible...because a lot of times people will say they will help you, but will not commit to the action of doing so, and I definitely resonated with that one too.
Being back in a radio station was amazing, some people know I was a DJ when I was in college at East Carolina University. It was so much fun, and I loved having my own radio show in the afternoons, so being back on the radio felt like I was returning to something very familiar!!
All of the hosts are so cool and have great personalities, and a podcast might be coming out of the experience...? 😳🙌🏾 Which is really dope. Definitely looking forward to returning for part 2, because we only have a certain amount of time per interview and I'm really excited about the projects I have up coming with my friend!!

Today is the Super Bowl, and I'm super not interested. 🤷🏾♀️ I've never really been into it, although my family is a big sports family. My cousin actually played professional football in the 90s, and I remember going to his football games in limousines and what not. But I was a little kid I cared more about examining everything in the limousine, instead of paying attention to what was happening around me. 🙄😬😂 That happened to me a lot, when I was small I was always surrounded by famous people, but was kind of oblivious to what was happening because I was in my own world. 🥴😫😌
He played for The Browns, The Bears and The Steelers, but then was injured. After his injury, he went to have a medical procedure to fix it and because of medical malpractice, was injured even further. 😕🤕
He did win his court case against the doctor, but he was unable to return to football, which I know is always really challenging for him because he was extremely good and had a deep wealth of knowledge about the sport. I, however, was more interested in marching band and the halftime shows, because to me, the arts is always taken priority. 🎨💃🎶
It's funny that I'm a wrestler which combines sports and the arts, but whatever. 🤷🏾♀️😌🥴😅🤟🏾
I DO love Puppy Bowl which always happens on Super Bowl Sunday. I used to watch it with my mom and I miss her a lot, laughing and watching all the cute little puppies play in the Puppy Bowl arena.
...And the cats has cheerleaders??? Amazing. So cute. 🥹❤️🔥🐶

So instead, I will be making food and spending time with my own puppies. Well, not Oliver...he's on punishment. 🙄 long story. I've got food prepping now, so hopefully everything turns out really delicious. I'll update y'all later on Instagram!

今日はスーパーボウルですが、私はまったく興味がありません。 🤷🏾♀️ 私の家族はスポーツ大家族ですが、あまり熱中したことはありません。 私のいとこは実際に 90 年代にプロ フットボールをしていました。私はリムジンで彼のフットボールの試合を見に行ったことを覚えています。 しかし、私は小さな子供で、自分の周りで何が起こっているかに注意を払うよりも、リムジンのすべてを調べることに関心がありました。 🙄😬😂 小さい頃はいつも有名人に囲まれていたけど、自分の世界にいたので何が起こっているのか分からなかった。 🥴😫😌
彼はブラウンズ、ベアーズ、スティーラーズでプレーしましたが、その後負傷しました。 怪我の後、彼はそれを修正するために医療処置を受けに行きましたが、医療過誤のためにさらに怪我をしました。 😕🤕

スーパーボウルの日曜日に必ず行われるパピーボウルが大好きです。 私は母と一緒にそれを見ていたのですが、パピーボウルアリーナでかわいい子犬たちが遊んでいるのを笑って見ていると、母がいなくて寂しいです。
...そして、猫にはチアリーダーがいますか??? すばらしい。 とてもかわいい。 🥹❤️🔥🐶
